License Information and Application
APPLICATION
To start the process, please fill out the form below. Whether you request a one-week free preview account or purchase a full-access account, we will send your access codes by e-mail. If you are buying a license, we’ll need your address and phone number for billing purposes; someone will call you for payment information.
FOUR KINDS OF ACCOUNTS
Whether you’re an individual ESL teacher, one of many teachers at a learning center, or part of a statewide network, there’s a Project CONNECT license to meet your needs.
- Preview Account: Free for one week.
• Exploratory access to all eight learning units for one teacher or administrator for a one-week trial period. Once you receive your access code, you’ll have two days to activate your account and one week to explore.
- Single License (maximum 50 learners): $550 per year.
• Full access for up to 50 learners for one year.
- Standard Program License: $1,100 for one year (full access for up to 100 learners) or $1,760 for two years (full access for up to 200 learners). Additional learners: $250 per 100.
- Statewide License (most cost-effective for multiple programs): Call for pricing.
Organizations may pay by purchase order, VISA, or MasterCard.

GETTING STARTED
Once KET has received your payment, you will receive an access code to register for the site. As a registered teacher, you may set up your virtual classroom and enroll learners.
