All new customers are required to prepay their first purchase with a Visa, MasterCard, Check or Money Order. These orders must be mailed or faxed to KET.

| SHIPPING INFORMATION |
| Most orders are processed within four business days and shipped UPS Ground with no deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Large orders (more than 100 sets) will be shipped via freight with an average delivery time of two weeks. |

Charges for orders shipped in the continental U.S.*
For orders up to $1,000, add 10% S/H.
For orders over $1,000, add 9% S/H.
Minimum shipping charge = $6.

| INVOICING |
| We will be happy to invoice for any institutional order of $45 or more with a purchase order for existing customers. Orders less than $45 must be prepaid with a check or money order. Invoices are mailed separately from orders. |
| REMITTANCE |
| Please send payment along with a copy of the invoice within 30 days from the date of invoice to:

| GUARANTEE / RETURN POLICY |
We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchases from KET, but if you’re not, you may return the materials you bought in salable condition within 60 days to receive a refund, minus shipping and handling charges. The process for crediting returns may take 4-6 weeks.
Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with a written reason for your return, and ship the materials by a traceable delivery service to this address:

| Most KET video products are available in DVD and broadcast formats. Videos will be shipped in DVD format, where available, unless VHS is specifically requested. Individual programs may be purchased separately, except where indicated otherwise. Please call for pricing on broadcast formats. |

Without prior written permission from KET, they may not be rented or sold, broadcast, cablecast, shared or distributed by computer/Internet, reproduced, digitized, or reformatted in any manner (in whole or in part), or shown at events for which viewers are charged a fee.
Prices listed on our website and in our catalog do not include broadcast, datastream, or duplication rights, but these rights are available with an educational use license for many of our products. Call KET if you would like to discuss special contractual arrangements. |
